Choose a letter and activities to work into
your day.  Make it as simple or as
elaborate as you'd like.  The key is to
focus on the child's interests and have
fun!

To learn the letter
Pp: Take your pirate
or princess on a pizza picnic at the park.
Play on the playground.

Other ideas: Pop popcorn, make "Pp"
with play dough or have a penny toss.
You could wear patriotic colors or purple
and pink pajamas.  The more fun you
have, the more memorable the letter
experience will be.

Be sure to incorporate the letter sound
with the hand movement and the letter
card.  These components complete this
multi-sensory approach to learning.
